My raging ADHD actually helps me thrive in content creation - it allows me to tackle any event with energy and focus. That’s part of why I love this job: no two days are ever the same. One day I’m filming a luxury villa, the next I’m sprinting ahead at a running event to capture the best shots.

ON x SPORTSDIRECT x EZRC
On running teamed up with Sports directs in Cardiff for a epic brand activation to announce the new On Cloud-surfer Max. They teamed up with local running club EZRC which led the event through the streets of Cardiff. I had the privilege to capture this event running is something I’m super passionate about! It’s so nice to see big brands including Cardiff in their marketing.
Puresport x EZRC Cardiff half marathon Shakeout
EZRC teamed up with Puresport to fuel a shakeout run ahead of the Cardiff Half Marathon. They were giving out electrolytes and socks to runners getting ready for race day. The event brought together the Cardiff running community for an amazing morning full of energy and good vibes.
Cardiff Half Marathon Medal Reveal - Run 4 Wales
I had the honour of working with Run 4 Wales to create a medal reveal video for the Cardiff Half Marathon to build hype for the 29,000 runners setting their sights on earning a medal.
They approached me with the idea of a video based around a poem, showcasing three incredible running clubs from across Wales - EZRC (Cardiff), Short Strides (Newport), and Blister Sisters (Tonypandy).
Community was the main focus of this project, highlighting the people and passion that make the Welsh running scene so special. Due to some last-minute changes, we decided to scrap the voiceover for the main social post - but the story still shines through.
